The three of cups, a card of celebration and abundance, is the card I pulled out from my tarot deck (planetary hour Venus, waxing gibbous moon 96% full) to describe where my life is headed. Now, while I need some good news after the event of my last post, I'm unconvinced.
We're coming up on a full moon and lunar eclipse August 16, and the bloodsuckers are already out to lap up any lifeforce they can.
While the administrator, the DON and all my co-workers at my new job are telling me what an awesome job I'm doing, the corporate nurse (who is an LPN) has demoted me to working at a level beneath my professional RN licensure, instructing me to do less than what is written in my job description and goes against the written corporate policy that I have, both given to me by her. I've been instructed to work as if I had the licensure of an LPN and to let the DON sign off for my work as the RN Coordinator.
Some people just like to make you bleed and build up their own egos by humiliating others. At a personal level, I could care less. But professionally, this is a slap in the face.
I absolutely loathe being an RN in this society, and working for people who don't value that credential, or value a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Ok, if a technician is what you want, a technician is what you get. Not given professional ownership of my work, professional ownership I will not assume upon myself. The corporate nurse may suggest that she's protecting the welfare of the company by doing such a thing to me (pushing me into a level below my licensure and ability), but really, such an action is not in the best interest in the company - it is however, in the best interest of supporting the egos of insecure corporate LPNs.
Hope you are having a Blessed week. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your site. Your photographs are beautiful. I also enjoy sharing my magickal things and post them to several of my other sites. I will have to get busy one of these rainy eves and post some here.
